guys.. here's ur cb.. here to do a "team-talk" on yesterday training... ok, 1st of all.. i apologize for losing my cool yesterday... now.. let me tell u ppl why i am so pissed off... taking 16.. we dun need to shout here and there... we juz need to 'eye'-contact.. DUN tell me where to pass when i am about to hit the ball.. it actually divert my attention.. u guys saw it.. i miss-hit once... why? becuz when i was abt to hit the ball.. kaiyee call me.. natural reaction is to look at him.. and i miss the ball.. and the ball flew up.. u ppl should know defence is an impt part of a team.. in fact.. all position are important.. u ppl if u wan to call for the ball.. make sure u can control it.. no use calling and calling and u lose it when we give u e ball.. 2nd of all.. Pls open up when i taking e 16.... and ppl.. pls look where am i before u call for the ball.. how coach manage to score the goal.. it is not becuz i miss-pass the ball.. it is becuz i am on the left side of the field.. and ppl on the far right are calling it.. so.. i made e pass.. u ppl wan the ball.. nv think where is the best option for me.. i'm right @ the back.. obviously i can see where is the open space.. u guys are on top.. u should see who is standing in ur way.. pls... run and make space for urself..3rd.. mid-field.. if the ball is too hard..dun stop it.. let it go all the way up.. if u can't stop it.. obviously other ppl near u won't be able to...it is becuz if u stop..and u miss the stop.. u r actually helping the opponent.. so.. why not let them stop and u intercept when they make the mistakes.... that's wad i gonna say.. if anyone not happi wif my comment.. pls come to me..
