i would like to comment wht nad and fiq told me.. thanks for ur encouragment and support.. i seriously need them more than pressure and still pressure.. and i hope i will turn out to be a gd player.. and for gopal's post.. i don't bear grudge against one another in this team.. yes.. maybe some of u maybe a little rude in the game.. but tht is becoz we all want smth out of it.. in the game, an onlooker sees the game better than the one having the ball at tht time.. so i feel it is alright to tell the others wht to do.. hmm.. but definitely the one with the ball can act on his intinct and nt heed the advice of the other players.. if u think its right to do it.. then do it.. but juz don't blame anyone if u loses the ball.. blaming each other isn't a gd thing to an extent.. this means tht it might be of beneficial to one too.. lets talk abt the nt good side.. it definitely leads to an argument.. and after the argument it will lead to hatred, grudges and dislike.. hmm.. u might think tht "i am nt a petty person.. so i am open to critics.." its wrong actualli.. no matter how "open" are u.. how thick is ur skin, u will definitely nt like it when somebody else's criticise u.. thts the bad pt.. wht abt the gd one?? actualli the gd one weighs more than the negative side.. r/s with the other team mates can be improved after tht.. juz have to talk to the person and things will be fine again.. there is no love r/s in between the guys.. so are things tht difficult to be settled?? okies.. back to the gd pt.. ever wonder why ur frens tell u ur flaws although they knw tht it might affect the frenship?? becoz they meant well.. and this is wht u call a true fren.. so this applies to ur team mates as well.. they tell u ur flaws becoz they meant u well.. they want u to change for the better and nt repeat ur mistakes.. it benefits u nt onli in the game but in ur personal life as well.. trust me.. wht u show in the game, ur attitude, ur behaviour generally reflects wht kind of person u are.. u are 1 person.. u definitely won't have a split personality.. tht explains why.. so ya.. tell ur team mates how u feel abt them.. u can insult me too.. and yes.. i admit tht i would hate u.. but i will onli hate u for tht little while.. and when i see u again, i will thank u.. becoz u make me realise the person i am.. i typed a chunk of words.. and hope u guys won't be annoyed reading it.. i bear no grudge.. i don't have to complain abt anybody.. perhaps.. juz the commitment of some players whom don't come for trainings.. thanks.. eLsOn
